Orange Goblin & Saint Vitus Announce Belfast and Dublin Shows

Doom metal fans are in for a treat this October as Orange Goblin & Saint Vitus have announced Dublin and Belfast will feature on their co-headlining tour.

The shows ware to mark Saint Vitius’ 35th anniversary and they’ll be performing their 1986 record, Born Too Late, in its entirety. Orange Goblin just promise to show up and kick ass (and maybe drop in a few tunes from their unreleased eight album which is due out later this year.

Tickets go on sale May 7th from all usual DME event outlets. Dublin is priced €25. Belfast TBC.

Twisted Autocracy Complete Recording of EP

Congrats to the lads in Twisted Autocracy as they have completed recording of their new EP, Reinstate the Hate, at Resonant Evil studios. The EP should be available online over the next few weeks and the band are aiming for a physical release towards the end of the year.

In the meantime, check out a few of their previous songs below. If you like good, fast metal mixed with a little bit of hardcore, you’ll love Twisted Autocracy.

CURSE THE GODS OF SUMMER II – First 12 Bands Announced!

In the mood for some bloody summer metal, mayhem and carnage? If yes, then Crunch Metal Productions have you sorted. This July sees the second instalment of the (best named metal event series ever) ‘CURSE THE GODS OF SUMMER’ mini-festival. 13 bands, 1 day, 1 venue, drinks promos, summer BBQ and lots more await you at one of Ireland’s best value music events.

The first twelve bands have been confirmed and among them, some of Ireland’s most aggressive, hard hitting, guitar shredding, ear bleeding rock monsters including Warpath, Dead Label, Psykosis and Only Fumes and Corpses. It all kicks off at 2pm, July 14^th, The Pint, Eden Quay, Dublin.
